We understand that sometimes an item you
order is not as expected, this is not a problem. Please contact us via
phone @ 847-999-4342 or e-mail us at info@fishingurus.com within 7 days
of receipt of your order for return instructions. We will gladly refund
your purchase price. All items must be unused and in original
packaging. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Any items damaged in shipment must be
reported to us and the shipper as soon as possible. We will make every
effort to get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
We normally ship via UPS but if you would
like an alternative shipping option please contact us prior to checking
out. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes with UPS so if this is the case
please let us know.
